Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2026
Last Updated: May 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Clockwork Partners LLC (“Clockwork Partners,” “Tower Optical,” “The Tower Optical Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information about visitors and customers of toweropticalco.com (the “Site”) and our related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Tower Optical is a brand operated by Clockwork Partners LLC.

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information such as your name, email address, mailing address, business name, and phone number when you fill out a form, request a quote, place an order, or otherwise communicate with us.
  • Order and account information such as billing details, shipping addresses, and product preferences.
  • Communications you send to us, including the contents of emails, support requests, and text messages you initiate to our support phone number.
  • Any other information you choose to share with us in the course of using the Services.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
  • Cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze Site traffic, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from service providers (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers) and from publicly available sources where permitted by law.

2. Mobile Information and SMS Messaging

Tower Optical lists a customer support phone number on our products and on the Site. Customers and prospective customers may choose to call or send a text message (SMS) to that number to ask questions, request support, or communicate with our team. When you send us a text message, we receive your mobile phone number and the contents of your message.

No Mobile Information Sharing — Strict Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile data — including, without limitation, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, SMS consent, and the contents of text messages — are excluded from any sharing with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion applies regardless of whether the mobile information was collected through an SMS opt-in form, a text message you sent to our support number, a phone call, a web form, or any other channel.

Information we receive from your text messages or calls is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide customer support, fulfill your order, and maintain our internal records. We may share this information only with service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, a telecommunications carrier or support-platform vendor), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf and under contractual obligations of confidentiality. Such service providers are not permitted to use mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If we ever introduce a formal SMS marketing program in the future, it will be opt-in only, will provide clear instructions for opting out (typically by replying STOP), and the no-sharing clause above will continue to apply.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Site and Services;
  • Process and fulfill orders, including payment, shipping, and customer support;
  • Respond to your inquiries, including phone calls and text messages to our support number;
  • Send transactional communications such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and service notices;
  • Improve and personalize the Site and Services;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes (see Section 2).

4. How We Share Information

We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, email and customer-support platforms, and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually required to use information only as needed to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our customers or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent. When you have explicitly directed us to share information with a third party.

We do not share mobile information (including phone numbers, SMS opt-ins, SMS consent, or the contents of text messages) with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Site. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; however, some portions of the Site may not function properly without them.

We may use third-party analytics services to help us understand how visitors use the Site. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Site over time and across other websites and online services.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need information, we will dispose of it using commercially reasonable measures.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
  • Opt out of certain uses of your personal information;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Opting out of SMS communications. Because we do not operate a marketing SMS program, there is no marketing SMS list to opt out of. If you have sent us a text message and wish to stop receiving replies, simply let us know in your next message or contact us using the information in Section 12.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable age), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us.

10. International Users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, by posting a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after the updated Privacy Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
